DC Comics never released an action figure of the Superboy based on the TV Series, but there is one action figure on the market that looks very much like Gerard Christopher's Superboy! It is an Earth-Prime action figure based on the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" DC comics storyline and is available through DC Direct (or amazon.com).
Superboy fans didn't get their Superboy action figure based on the TV series, but if you want one that looks very much like Gerard Christopher as Superboy, then now is your chance to own one. Study the mold work on this particular action figure; because it looks very much like Gerard. You really would have to have the action figure in your hand to see most of the detail, the photo below doesn't give it 100% justice. The "S" emblem is a tad smaller than Gerard's from the Superboy series. And the cape might even be a bit shorter around the shoulders, but the photo gives an idea of the resemblence....
